SPIREA x 'Double Play Dolly' Spirea

This variety starts its show in early spring with foliage lighting up with blazing orange-red color.  By late spring, dazzling electric purple flowers appear, adding vibrant color to compliment its chartreuse foliage. As summer progresses, the flowering continues non-stop since the plant produces no seeds, directing all its energy into blooming. It also maintains the same attractive appearance, drought tolerance, and deer resistance typical of spirea. When first planted, Spirea need extra watering compared to some other plants.
