JUNIPERUS virginiana EASTERN RED CEDAR

This aromatic upright evergreen has dark-green foliage that can turn to blue-green and has fibrous reddish-brown bark.  It makes a good speciman plant or as a hedge.  Most commonly known for its use in making cedar chests (thus the aroma).
