Picea pungens 'Hoopsii' Hoopsii Colorado Spruce

Hoopsi is an evergreen tree with especially bright blue new growth and considered the bluest in form.  Its pyramidal form holds stiff horizontal branches with intense powdery-blue needles.  Great speciman tree or as an accent tree.
