Populus tremuloides Quaking Aspen

Native throughout much of the West,  the aspen tree is fast growing, has green foliage that trembles (or 'quakes', thus the name) in the breeze and is diesease resistant.  The beauty of Aspen tree groves cannot be forgotten with its autumn's golden leaves trembling over the silvery bark.
