SAMBUCUS nigra 'EVA' BLACK LACE ELDERBERRY

The deep purple-black foliage of Black Lace resembles delicate lace. Folks often use this plant as a more econimcal otion for a japnese maple in larger spaces.  Designers increasingly favor it over more delicate plants due to its exceptional durability and adaptability. In early summer, pink flowers create a striking contrast against the dark leaves, later transforming into black berries.
