SPIREA x bumalda 'GOLD FLAME' SPIREA

This dense, upright mounded shrub features attractive bronze-tinged new growth in spring that matures to a soft yellow-green and transforms into a brilliant coppery orange in the fall. In summer, panicles of rosy red flowers rise above the foliage, creating a striking contrast. Excellent for brightening shrub borders, it also has good heat tolerance. When first planted, Spirea need extra watering.
